Returns & refunds
We want you and your dog to be happy with every purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
30-day return window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
How to start a return
Email us at sales@orangedogstore.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return
- The reason for the return
We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a shipping address.
Refund process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
Return shipping
- Our error (wrong item, defective product, damaged in transit): we cover return shipping.
- Change of mind (wrong size, no longer needed): return shipping is at your expense.
Exchanges
We don't do direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons:
- Opened food, treats, or supplements
- Used grooming products (shampoos, wipes, sprays)
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Gift cards
Damaged or defective items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@orangedogstore.com with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the damaged item.
