Fifty states, all shipped from US warehouses. Your order never crosses an ocean to reach you.

Processing time

Orders ship within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding federal holidays). The moment yours leaves the warehouse, you'll get a confirmation email with the tracking number.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and busy seasons (holidays, sales events) can stretch the window.

Tracking your order

Every order ships with tracking. The moment it leaves the warehouse, you'll get an email with the number and a link to follow it in real time.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — we're US-only for now. If you're outside the US and want a heads-up when that changes, email us at sales@orangedogstore.com.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Email sales@orangedogstore.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We'll make it right — replacement or full refund, your call.
